A Critical Moment for SaveABunny
There’s no easy way to say this — SaveABunny is facing a very serious financial crisis. We’ve been hit with an unexpected retroactive bill of nearly $34,000 from a former veterinary partner for rabbits treated as far back as 2022.
Regardless of the circumstances, our mission remains the same: Give every rabbit we rescue the chance to be treated with the individual care they deserve.
But we can’t do this important work without your support!

UPDATE on our new rescue boy (still nameless 💙)
He’s bright-eyed, very curious about people, and clearly wants to trust. We believe he was raised for breeding and slaughter for meat. Likely kept in a stacked cage. He arrived with urine staining on his back (which will fade with time and care) and has a breeder tattoo in his ear. Despite his past, he’s gentle, observant, and quietly brave.
