Hi. My name is Indriya. I'm a BEAUTIFUL, very sweet and gentle spayed girl. Anyway you look at it, I'm very special. My name has several unique meanings, but I am OK if you want to just make up your own. I'm very easy going.
Nespresso coffee makes a rich, deep roast single sourced from India call Indriya. It's dark, rich, slightly mysterious and delightful. Just like me!
Or, if you are the scholarly type, you might be interested to learn that in Buddhism, Indriya is frequently mentioned as part of the "five spiritual faculties", which are: faith or conviction or belief (saddhā),energy or persistence or perseverance (viriya), mindfulness or memory (sati),concentration or focus (samādhi),wisdom or understanding or comprehension (pañña).
Together, this set of five faculties is one of the seven sets of qualities lauded by the Buddha as conducive to Enlightenment.
Here I am meditating:
You don't have to be enlightened to adopt me. Just kind and willing to take proper care of me all my life.
