8/10/Lily and Golda have been separated after Golda decided that she was happier as a single bunny.

Hi. My name is Golda and I am named after Golda Meir who was the fourth prime minister of the State of Israel. Golda Meir was Israel's first and the world's third female to hold such a powerful office.

She was a lot tougher lady than me. I'm a pretty sweet girl, but I am a fighter just like her. I had to be. You can't really see from the photos, but I came out of a bad situation in which I wasn't kept in good conditions and had my bunny tail and some other private places seriously injured.

I am doing much better now after few surgeries,plus lots of love, attention and healing at SaveABunny. I don't dwell on the past and I am ready for a second chance at life. I'm funny, curious and very entertaining.

My best bunny friend in the world is named Lily (pictured below). She look a lot like me, but I think she's older, 'cause she's about 10 years old.

We're like TV's "Golden Girls", because though we might be senior ladies, we like to flirt,have fun and enjoy the good life. Her story used to be sad, too---her owner was murdered in San Francisco in 2009 and she witnessed it before she ended up alone at the city shelter. But together we keep each other company and look out for each other.

Maybe there is a special person with a quiet home who would like to foster or adopt us and spoil us!?
