We were deeply saddened to recently and very suddenly lose Cricket to liver torsion. He had been newly bonded to a girlfriend bunny and was loving life as only Cricket could do. He CRAVED attention. Then he bit you.
We loved him for it and will greatly miss his energy and spirit.
Ok, so first thing you need to know about me is that yes, I do have ears!
I was not that fond of being photographed, as you can see from the look of surprise (mixed with indignation) in my photos.
I'm an active, neutered guy who arrived at SaveABunny from Oakland Animal Services as a medical rescue because I was suffering from anasty dental abscess. I required expensive (please donate to help!) dental surgery to remove two teeth and treat me for a major infection.
I am listed as a special needs bunny because I am still recovering.
Here is what my foster Mom wants you to know about me:
"Cricket is an amazing little guy. He is very adventurous and loves humans much more than other bunnies. He loves a full belly and lots of loving attention. This is when he is happiest. He will flop down on his side and bask in the love. Cricket needs his forever home to be loving and understanding. He has a lot of energy and has a tendency to nip with his teeth when he is bored. Cricket is hoping to find someone who will keep him busy around the house, give him tons of pets and adore him for who he is!"
